France - Chambreteau, La Rochelle, Bordeaux to Biscarrosse

We stumbled upon a food and wine tasting event called Terre de Vins that they were holding in La Rochelle. You buy your tasting glass for 5 euros, which you keep, then the rest is free. There were wines to sample from all of the regions in France and as well there were cheeses, sausages, breads, chocolate, snails and seafood (you didn't get to sample the snails and seafood). Luckily there were enough people with enough English for us to work out, with our very limited French, what it was we were trying and buying. We came out with a few bags of goodies!
